How to choose stainless steel vacuum flask

2023-03-06

How to choose a vacuum flask? What are the tips for purchasing stainless steel vacuum flasks? What are the strategies for selecting stainless steel vacuum flasks? A good stainless steel vacuum flask can accompany us through spring, summer, autumn and winter, because it can better keep warm and cold. A good vacuum flask can keep warm for more than 6 hours, but how to choose a good vacuum flask?

A vacuum insulation cup is generally a water container made of stainless steel and a vacuum layer, with a lid on the top and a tight seal. The vacuum insulation layer can delay the heat dissipation of liquids such as water inside to achieve the purpose of heat preservation.

The first thing to look at is the appearance of the cup.

Check whether the surface of the inner tank and the outer tank are uniformly polished, and whether there are bruises and scratches;

Second, see whether the mouth welding is smooth and consistent, which is related to whether the feeling of drinking water is comfortable;

Third, the poor quality of plastic parts will not only affect the service life, but also affect the sanitation of drinking water;

Fourth, check whether the internal seal is tight, whether the screw plug and the cup body are properly matched, whether it is free to screw in and out, and whether there is water leakage.

Industry insiders suggest that attention should be paid to the thermal insulation performance of the inner tank structure, the degree of sealing between the cup cap and the bottle body, and whether the material releases harmful substances, etc., which can be identified by three methods.

1. Identification of the insulation of the inner tank. This is the main technical indicator of the vacuum flask. After filling with boiling water, tighten the cork or lid clockwise. After 2 to 3 minutes, touch the surface and lower part of the cup with your hands. The obvious warming phenomenon on the upper part of the cup indicates that the inner tank has lost its vacuum degree and cannot achieve a good heat preservation effect.

2. Identify the sealing performance Fill a cup of water upside down for four or five minutes, tighten the lid, place the cup flat on the table, or shake it a few times, if there is no leakage, it means that the sealing performance is good; also look at the cup Whether the screwing of the lid and the cup mouth is flexible and whether there is a gap.

3. Identification of the environmental protection of accessories The environmental protection of plastic accessories is also an issue worthy of attention. It can be identified by smelling. If the cup is made of food-grade plastic, the smell is small, the surface is bright, there is no burr, and the service life is long and not easy to aging; ordinary Plastic or recycled plastic has a big smell, dark color, many burrs, and plastics are easy to age and break easily.
